Coaches and Volunteers Needed - JACS pays for new coaches to obtain a MSYSA State E License needed to coach in any MSYSA affiliated select league. Volunteers are needed for board and committee positions. Your help is needed for JACS to grow and offer a better soccer experience to your players.

Scholarships - JACS has a small amount of scholarship money available to help deserving players with financial difficulties.

JACS supports the efforts of our local Recreation Department soccer program, and also strives to prepare our players to participate in High School, Premier and ODP soccer programs.

Premier Tryouts - JACS encourages all players to attend free, local Premier Tryouts hosted by RUSH Jackson at Marino's Park on Parnall Road. This year Premier Tryouts are June 15-16. See: www.michiganrush.com for specific age groups and times.

If you have any questions, please e-mail your contact information to info@jacksonareaclubsoccer.com and one of our board members will be happy to get back with you.

1) Recreation Soccer - Run by local governmental Recreation Departments or volunteer AYSO groups. These are great places for kids to learn about soccer and develop a love of the sport. Teams compete with other teams of local players and everybody plays. 2) Select Soccer - Also referred to as House or Travel. Teams are formed through a tryout system. Teams may travel beyond county lines to play other select teams registered in the same league. Coaches at this level and beyond are required to obtain license certificates through the state (MSYSA) and national (USSF) soccer governing bodies. Fun, learning and development of player skills are the focus. 3) Premier Soccer - Teams are formed through a tryout system.
